Zero One Card - Terms and Conditions
Data Protection Statement
We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use your ZeroOne and what you buy in Binary, to:
The Scheme
The ZeroOne card is issued by and remain the property of Lanisan Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
(a) terminate the scheme;
(b) decline to issue ZeroOne cards;
(c) withdraw or cancel ZeroOne cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Zero One card scheme;
All participants in the ZeroOne scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
The ZeroOne card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Lanisan Ltd.
Your ZeroOne card can only be used at Binary, Castlefield, Manchester and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme. Your ZeroOne card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
The ZeroOne scheme is only for personal and consumer use. ZeroOne Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or in any way traded.
Your ZeroOne card cannot be used for corporate catering orders.
The complimentary coffee offer allows ZeroOne Loyalty members to receive a small small coffee (Americano, Cappucino or Latte) or tea to drink in only prior to Midday. The offer is restricted to 1 small coffee or tea per person per day.
Points
To collect points for a transaction in-store, your ZeroOne card must be presented at the register. Failure to present the card at the time of the transaction will result in permanent loss of points for that transaction. Points will be credited to your card for food items only that you buy during the normal opening hours. Points will not be awarded for purchases made on tobacco products, beers, wines, spirits, champagne, cocktails or any other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage including tea and coffee. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Binary. Points will not be awarded in conjunction with any other promotional offer (eg 2 for 1 Pizza etc).
Points can be earned on any transaction amount. Ten points shall be awards for every pound spent. Binary shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value Binary shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.
The current redemption value of points is one point equals one penny. These points can be redeemed on items at Binary Bar for alcohol purchases made after 5pm, Monday to Sunday. Binary reserves the right to vary the points value and the times at which points can be redeemed at any time.

Vouchers
Binary reserve the right at any time to convert ZeroOne points to Vouchers with equivalent value. Vouchers will be mailed or emailed to the account holder.
Vouchers' terms and conditions and expiry dates may be found on the back of the Vouchers.
General
Accounts that remain dormant for more than 3 months may be cancelled by Lanisan Limited and all points null and voided.

- Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and promotions of interest to you. To unsubscribe, send a blank email to unsubscribe@binarybar.co.uk from the email account registered to your card. We will then take you off our mailing list.
- We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.
